Francisco Guerrero II is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing individuals, families, and businesses throughout Texas. His practice focuses primarily on family law and civil litigation, where he has successfully guided clients through some of life’s most challenging legal matters with skill, compassion, and unwavering dedication.
Francisco earned his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Texas. His diverse educational background allows him to approach complex legal issues with both analytical precision and practical problem-solving.
Over the course of his career, Francisco has served in senior attorney positions at respected Houston-area law firms, managing sophisticated litigation matters from initial consultation through trial. He has extensive experience handling divorce, child custody, property division, enforcement actions, modifications, commercial disputes, and other complex civil litigation matters. He has successfully represented clients in mediations, contested hearings, arbitrations, and jury and bench trials.

Francisco is also a certified mediator and is an active member of the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, State Bar of Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Mexican American Bar Association of Houston (MABAH).
Outside the office, Francisco enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and taking advantage of Texas’ outdoor activities.
